Whilst working at the BBC in 2007 I developed a Flash application to explore the timeline of the world famous Glastonbury Music Festival in the UK.
The timeline features text content about significant moments in the evolution of the festival as well as audio/video and photo gallery content dating back to the 1970s.
The content in the Flash application was XML driven, allowing the editorial team the means to add new content or edit existing content.
The application was active between 2007 and 2018 (it had a good run for a Flash application!) but has now been superseded by a new interactive timeline on the BBC.
